We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resort Manager to lead our Alpine team. The Resort Manager will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and achieving financial objectives.   • Ensuring our resort guests have a wonderful and unforgettable experience.

  • Lead your team with passion and hands on approach across all Departments.

  • Further develop the Food and Beverage Operation.

  • Team recruitment, development, training and support

  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels and monitor trends with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • In consultation, develop and operate within departmental budgets through wage control and effective stock and cost controls.

  • Understanding on how to manage the extreme diversity of a 2-season resort business with a snow season and a summer season.

  • Develop and implement business plans and strategies to achieve financial and operational goals.

  • Oversee budgeting, financial performance.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our guests, staff and the local community.

What You’ll Bring

  • Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge on resort departments including rooms division and food and beverage.

  • Extensive experience in managing a regional property, with a solid understanding of recruitment for remote locations and managing onsite staff quarters.

  • Attention to detail is necessary to ensure exceptional results for our Club Wyndham Owners.

  • Proficiency in property management systems POS and channel management.
