We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual with a passion for healthcare and research. Strong communication and project management skills are critical, as well as the ability to work independently and in teams.#This is where your dedication drives success !What you’ll be doing :As a Research Associate at Baxter Healthcare, you will plan and supervise the development and optimization of analytical methods for raw materials and finished products, with support from technical subject matter experts (SMEs). You will also define and propose validation/transfer designs, ensure testing follow-up and communication of results, and write comprehensive protocols and reports in English. Additionally, you will own the evaluation, validation, or transfer of analytical methods within Baxter or in partnership with contract research organizations (CROs), both domestically and internationally. You will routinely provide advice and assistance to analytical team members, interpret experimental data, lead investigations and present conclusions to supervisors, project leaders, and management. Finally, you will act as analytical lead for existing products or products under development, by collecting information related to product and product specification, assessing existing method validation versus current regulation requirements, and contributing to innovative ideas for improvement. You will adhere to quality system requirements, including good manufacturing practice (GMP) and good distribution practice (GDP) standards.What you will bring :Thanks to Master’s or PhD degree in a relevant scientific subject area and at least 5 years of experience in analytical chemistry, method development/validation, you possess a strong technical knowledge of analytical techniques such as physicochemical testing, ICP-MS, ICP-OES, and liquid chromatography. You have a detailed understanding of ICH guidelines and pharmacopoeias, and in-depth knowledge of GxP and related regulations and guidances. You have experience in handling methods development, validation, transfer, and investigation, and have worked in project management roles, developing budgets and activity schedules of limited scope. You are able to identify and solve issues, develop solutions, and make recommendations with a critical mind and “out of the box” thinking. You can make rapid decisions with limited information and prioritize assignments to meet project schedules. You also have strong written and oral communication skills, allowing you to organize and communicate complex information in a way that engages the audience. Additionally, you take ownership and leadership for getting the job done and have critical thinking and problem-solving expertise that you can apply in multiple analytical areas with speed and agility.
