Job Title: Remote Team Lead (Work From Home)

Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)

Position Type: Full-Time, Temporary (Project Duration: 1–6 months)

Compensation: $18.50/hour

Expected Start Date: Monday, October 6th (Please call for schedules; may include weekends)

Program Overview:

Express Employment Professionals McAllen is hiring Remote Team Leads to support customer service projects. Team Leads will assist agents with calls, provide coaching and floor support, monitor performance, and help with training and development. This project is expected to last 1–6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to agents by answering questions and assisting with calls.
• Monitor agent calls and provide quality assurance evaluations.
• Provide immediate feedback, coaching, counseling, and recognition for employee performance.
• Report employee issues or concerns to the supervisor.
• Answer phone calls according to client requests.
• Maintain client and customer confidentiality.
• Handle sensitive customer information securely, including credit card data.
• Maintain project productivity, efficiency, and quality goals.
• Assist in training and development of new employees through demonstration, observation, and feedback.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment or software issues and escalate as necessary.
• Track agent time and attendance.

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must have a reliable Windows 11 computer with a working camera and Windows Defender as the only active antivirus.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to show empathy and build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while using multiple system applications.
• Accurate spelling and strong writing skills.
• Ability to handle stress, including difficult or emotional customers, in a professional manner.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
