Remote Summer Internship – Bilingual Marketing (Spanish / English)

Job Overview

This internship provides the opportunity to contribute to marketing projects for Spanish-speaking audiences. You will help create content, translate marketing materials, and work on cross-functional campaigns.

Internship Program Details & Requirements

• Compensation: Lifeway’s summer internship program offers a competitive hourly pay rate, and all necessary equipment is provided.
• Work Schedule: Interns work an average of 32 hours per week, with core workdays from Tuesday to Thursday. The expectation is that the internship is the primary focus during working hours.
• Program Duration: June 2 – August 14, 2025 (11 weeks). Interns must commit to participating in the entire program.
• Eligibility: Candidates must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and have completed at least two years of study by the internship start date. Recent graduates (December 2024 or May 2025) are also eligible.
• Development Opportunities: Weekly professional development sessions are provided, including specialized training, mentorship, and leadership development.
• Remote Structure: This is a remote position in the U.S., with required in-person attendance for orientation (June 2 – 5, 2025) and end-of-summer presentations (August 11-14, 2025) in Nashville. Travel costs for these events are covered by Lifeway.
• Application Deadline: Applications are due by March 25th, with interviews beginning as soon as possible. Selections are finalized by April 1.

This is a remote position based in the contiguous 48 United States with occasional travel to Nashville for in-person team gatherings.

Responsibilities

• Live out Lifeway’s mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work
• Translate marketing materials from English to Spanish and vice versa.
• Assist in creating bilingual content for digital platforms.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns for Spanish-speaking audiences.

Qualifications

Education

Marketing or Communications

Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences, required

• Fully bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Experience with content creation.

Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church

Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences, preferred 

• Strong proofreading and editing skills in Spanish and English.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
