532980 Remote Service Engineer
The Remote Service Engineer (RSE) is responsible for a variety of technical customer support activities related to DMS and Coil Products. These activities include phone support, troubleshooting/remote diagnostic and interventional support, software installation and coordination with customers.
Your role:
- Provide telephone support for questions/problems related to DMS Products and coil products.
- Perform troubleshooting and remote diagnostics of customer systems.
- Coordinate logistics regarding hardware exchanges for DMS products and coil products; this includes configuration, installed base management and confirmation of customer satisfaction.
- Provide support to customers in virtual/ remote manner with various software tools.
You’re the right fit if:
- A.S. Degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two years’ experience servicing electronic equipment in a customer-facing environment.
- Candidate must show attributes of high trainability over accelerated timeline.
- Experience with Microsoft operating systems and PC-based computer applications.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

Philips Transparency Details:
The pay range for this position is $24.88 to $42.65, hourly. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
