Job Title: Remote Service Delivery Specialist (Work From Home)

Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)

Position Type: Full-Time, Temporary (Project Duration: 1–6 months)

Compensation: $20/hour

Expected Start Date: Monday, October 6th (Please call for schedules; may include weekends)

Program Overview:

Express Employment Professionals McAllen is hiring Remote Service Delivery Specialists to manage reporting, employee processing, and operational performance across projects. Specialists will ensure accuracy, provide actionable insights, and support continuous improvement within the service delivery team. This project is expected to last 1–6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design of reporting and analytics processes.
• Develop, publish, and maintain KPI dashboards and operational reports for managers and agents.
• Complete and validate daily tracking reports; resolve discrepancies before distribution.
• Ensure accuracy of time and attendance tracking by coordinating with project support.
• Compile and report billable hours to support client invoicing; reconcile variances with Operations and Accounting.
• Calculate incentive program results; track, audit, and report recipients.
• Ensure onboarding and offboarding tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Partner with internal teams to design and implement report automation.
• Identify process improvements and efficiency gains using company-approved AI tools.
• Maintain standard operating procedures for the position.

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must have a reliable Windows 11 computer with a working camera and Windows Defender as the only active antivirus.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years of experience in a training, supervisory, or related role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to analyze and interpret operational data from multiple platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present professionally to managers.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of company-approved generative AI tools (e.g., M365 Copilot).
• Preferred: Associate’s degree, experience with KPI dashboards, business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau), and/or scripting/programming knowledge (PowerShell, Python).
