Remote Sales Manager – Dallas

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Remote Sales Manager to drive group business in the Dallas market. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, proactively soliciting new business, and achieving or exceeding revenue goals through strategic sales efforts.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience selling in the Dallas market, a proven track record of prospecting and closing group business, and established relationships within the hospitality industry. This position requires a results-driven, service-oriented professional who thrives in a remote sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to attract and secure group business within the Dallas market.
  • Identify, prospect, and establish relationships with corporate, association, and other group clients.
  • Maintain and grow an active pipeline of business opportunities to achieve revenue goals.
  • Represent Kalahari Resorts at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring all terms align with revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activity, market trends, and revenue performance.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving client needs to maintain a competitive edge.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of hotel sales experience, with a strong background in group sales.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Dallas market, including existing relationships with key accounts.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and property visits.
