What You’ll Bring:

• College diploma in business or related field.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• 1+ year of receivables/collections experience.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and financial acumen.
• Proficiency in MS Office; financial software experience (Portfolio Plus, LOMA, KiSSFLOW, Cyberquery) is an asset.
• High ethical standards and commitment to customer service.
• Ability to work independently.
• Fluency in English and French (bilingual).
