Salary: $20-$23/hour

Our client, a leading US energy provider is seeking a Remote Recruiting Assistant for placement on a 3-6 week temporary assignment. Compensation for the Remote Recruiting Assistant will be $20-$23/hour, depending on experience. Hours for this position are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday.

Essential job duties entail:

Review/Pre-Screen candidate resumes for referral to the recruiter for possible interview
Conduct phone interviews as requested
Help with scheduling interviews for the recruiting team
Data entry into Microsoft Excel
Search for candidates within popular online job boards

Qualifications for this position include:

1+ year of prior recruiting or HR related experience is required
Associate’s degree or higher strongly preferred
Candidates must be able to work remotely from home and have a home office setup
