Job Title: MTM Pharmacist

Job Description

As an MTM Pharmacist, you will perform comprehensive medication therapy reviews with eligible members to identify, prevent, and resolve medication-related problems. This role involves reviewing the member’s medication profile during sessions, documenting encounters in the MTM platform, and conducting outreach to other health care professionals as necessary. Additionally, you will contribute to projects supporting business needs, collaborate with team members, and perform cold calling (25-50% initially, expected to decrease over time). Other duties will be assigned as needed. This is a remote position with shifts ending at 6 PM CST Mon-Thu and 5 PM CST on Fridays. Candidates can be located in any U.S. state except California and Hawaii and must be licensed in any U.S. state.

Hard Skills

• Pharmacist with minimum 1 year experience

• Residency with MTM exposure
