YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT FOR THIS POSITION. IT REQUIRES A COMPUTER WITH WINDOWS 11 PRO OR A MAC OS 13 OR HIGHER

BACHELOR DEGREE REQUIRED

SECOND SHIFT: 12PM – 8PM OR 2PM-10PM MONDAY – FRIDAY + OVERTIME SATURDAY OFFERED

PAY RATE: $18/HR, OVERTIME RATE: $27/HR

NYC, NY, MUST TRAIN ON SITE FOR 1 WEEK AND THEN YOU WILL BE 100% REMOTE (YOU ARE ALLOWED TO STAY ON SITE IF YOU WOULD LIKE)

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree required
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Excellent communication skills and email communication skills

Description

• Provide customer service to registered shareholders through inbound and outbound call lists.
• Educate shareholders on various corporate actions, board and shareholder proposals and voting options.
• Track and monitor outstanding issues and provide clients with timely updates.
• Log information into Access Database
• Assist in the development of campaign themes to ensure the proper narrative is being communicated.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $18.00/hr.
