Job Title: Remote Call Center Agent – Claims Support (Work From Home)

Location: Fully Remote (U.S.) (MUST be able to come in-person to our office in McAllen, TX to complete registration!)

Position Type: Full-Time, Temporary (Project Duration: 1–6 months)

Compensation: $17/hour

Estimated Start Date: Monday, October 6th (Subject to change, please call for schedules; may include weekends)

Hours of Operation

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM CST
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST

Schedules will be assigned within these hours of operation.

Program Overview:

Express Employment Professionals McAllen is now hiring for over 50+ Remote Customer Service Representatives to support a large-scale claims assistance program. Candidates will handle inbound calls, support clients with claims processing, and provide professional, empathetic customer service. This project is expected to last 1–6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls regarding total property loss, partial property loss, physical injury, and general claims questions.
  • Assist clients with online claims submission; provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support.
  • Accurately enter and manage client data in the system.
  • Maintain empathy, professionalism, and sensitivity when interacting with clients.
  • Complete required background checks.
  • Participate in training sessions and follow operational procedures.

Requirements

  • MUST be local to Hidalgo County, TX to be able to come in-person to our office located at 504 N. 10th St, Suites B1-B5, McAllen, TX in order to complete registration!
  • Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a focus on empathy.
  • Detail-oriented with proficient data entry skills.
  • Reliable Windows 11 computer with a working camera; Windows Defender as the only active antivirus.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.
  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred but not required.
