Are you looking to work in an exciting remote customer service position taking exclusively inbound calls? We are hiring customer service oriented, computer savvy individuals for a premier service provider here in the Lansing area.

REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE JOB DECSRIPTION:

This position is responsible for taking inbound calls and providing a high level of customer service. Also responds to email inquiries.

REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Service
Documents calls accurately
Performs data entry updates
Navigates between computer programs seamlessly during calls
Handles calls that may deviate from standard screens, scripts, and procedures
Communicates complex information using job experience to anticipate and proactively address related questions.

REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

High school diploma, G. E. D.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

High Level of Computer Competency

Minimum six months general office experience required

REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES (SKA) REQUIRED:

Knowledge of how to navigate computer programs
Impeccable phone etiquette
Dedication to customer service
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to multi task
Ability to follow established procedures
Ability to manage time
Ability to work with others

Pay: $15/hr
