Customer Service Agents – Short-Term Remote Project
We’re hiring empathetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Agents to assist with a direct claims program. This role is fully remote, full-time, and focused on helping claimants with general inquiries and claim submissions.
What You’ll Do:
Answer inbound calls with compassion and professionalism
Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support, including FAQs and claim submission assistance
Handle sensitive information with accuracy and attention to detail
Program Details:
Launching October 2025
Opportunity to remain long-term based on performance
Schedule:
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM CST
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM CST (possible extension to 7:00 PM)
Compensation:
$17/hour (no commission or bonus)
Full-time, remote
What We’re Looking For:
Strong empathy and excellent communication skills (assessed during hiring)
Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
Must pass a background check (7-year history, no aliases)
Employment verification (up to 3 employers)
Tech Requirements:
Windows 11 with Windows Defender as the only active antivirus
Camera required (laptop or external webcam)
Must pass a systems scan for compatibility
