We are currently recruiting for an overhead crane operator for an ongoing assignment in the steel industry. The ideal candidate would have roughly one or two years of experience with operating an overhead crane in a warehouse setting.

Job Duties:

• Operate remote control overhead crane safely and efficiently
• Will be using overhead crane to move steel coil and steel product from trucks to warehouse and from warehouse to trucks
• May be trained to cut steel panels using oxy-fueled torch cutters
• Other warehouse duties as required

Qualifications:

• 1 or 2 years experience with operating an overhead crane
• Warehouse experience is preferred
• Must be willing to assist with warehouse duties that may include general labour

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 per hour
