Iris Telehealth is seeking compassionate, bilingual LCSWs to provide therapy services for patients (Ages 18+), working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm PST, via telehealth. As part of our team, you’ll work alongside experts in psychiatry and psychology, all with the robust administrative support you need to focus on what matters most—your patients.

What You’ll Do

As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you’ll:

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.
• Provide therapy services to patients (ages 18+), with diagnoses including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, dual diagnosis, and co-occurring with SUD
• Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more

• Setting: 100% Remote jobsnear.net California-based outpatient FQHC
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm PST – 40 hrs/wk
• Caseload: Average case load of 40-50 clients
• Appointments: 60 minutes for initial evaluations, 40-60 minutes for follow-up appointments

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with an active California license
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during PST hours
• Fluent in Spanish and willing and able to provide patient care in this language
• Proven experience in providing therapy services with at least 2 years of experience
• Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
• Telehealth experience preferred (familiarity with Epic is a plus!)
• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
