In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of regulatory reporting. This includes gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy in regulatory reports
- Prepare detailed documentation supporting report submissions
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information
- Ensure timely submission of all required reports
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations
- Identify areas for process improvement within the reporting function
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding report status and issues
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Relevant years of experience in regulatory reporting or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Master’s degree in finance or accounting
- Experience working within a financial institution
- Knowledge of specific regulatory frameworks such as Basel III or Dodd Frank
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
