Global Supply Chain’s 1LMX journey will consolidate several purchasing systems and multiple disparate processes, policies, and procedures into one procurement system and common processes, policies, and procedures.

The 1LMX Process Reengineering Team within the Global Supply Chain transformation efforts is hiring a Regulatory Compliance Senior Analyst to support transformation efforts as the 1LMX Command Media point of contact.

Your Mission:

As the Regulatory Compliance Senior Analyst, you will coordinate updates to processes and procedures (Command Media), including Acquisition Procedures, at the enterprise and business areas. You will also ensure these changes are tracked to any required Signavio flow updates. Additionally, you will lead the efforts focused on coordinating the required changes to process and procedures to align with the new procurement system and tools being developed under 1LMX. To this end, you will collaborate with the Business Areas, Legal, 1LMX build teams, and Global Supply Chain Compliance, supporting the 1LMX vision of transformation while ensuring that we remain compliant to mandatory regulations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating inputs from multiple project teams to identify required revisions to command media and acquisition procedures
  • Supporting the coordination of requirements and command media revisions necessary for governmental audits (Contractor Purchasing System Reviews, etc.)
  • Participating in enterprise special projects that focus on the coordination and revisions to Command Media at the enterprise level
  • Interfacing with Global Supply Chain, IT, Legal, and Compliance representatives across the business areas in coordination of command media revisions
  • Supporting cross-functional coordination of command media with stakeholders outside of Global Supply Chain, as may be needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • Supply chain management and purchasing experience, such as with Major Subcontract Management and/or Commodity Buying
  • Experience creating and/or revising processes and procedures
  • Knowledge of FAR and DFARs requirements
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively across functional groups and to leadership
  • US citizenship required due to system access

Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP), Commercial Acquisition Procedures (CAP), international acquisition procedures, and associated command media
  • Experience with process improvement
  • Experience with SAP or S4 HANA

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $81,600 – $153,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
