Job Description:Regulatory and Compliance Services AnalystGlobal Capital MarketsDublin, IrelandMonday to Friday 9:00 to 5:30Hybrid/On-SiteSome of the things you’ll be doing:

  • Support the implementation of AML and Financial Crime policy, Risk Assessment, and quarterly Risk & Compliance reports within the business.
  • Assist with maintaining regulatory risk registers.
  • Be able to work alongside the business to identify high priority items.
  • Engage with the wider compliance team regarding regulatory horizon scanning to advise the business on the evolving regulatory environment.
  • Perform AML/KYC Reviews, part of this role will include conducting AML & KYC profiles on behalf of clients. Experience using Worldcheck or other screening tools will therefore be an advantage.
  • Being familiar and staying informed with statutory, regulatory and guidance requirements applicable to the business model.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in a risk management/regulatory/compliance role is preferable, ideally a mix of industry/regulatory and consulting skills.
  • Preferable to hold the relevant risk management or compliance professional accreditations, professional/legal qualifications and consulting experience an advantage, or desire to work towards obtaining these qualifications.
  • Preferable knowledge and understanding of the European regulatory environment especially the Central Bank of Ireland.
  • Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools desirable.
  • Confident working with multiple stakeholders and potentially client facing.
  • Good teaming and interpersonal skills with the capability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
