The Event Director will be responsible for line-directing live, on-air productions at remote CFB and School Control Room events. In addition, will work in conjunction with Coordinating Producers and Producers to provide support and guidance on content philosophy and execution. During live event productions, the Event Director will be responsible for executing the technical production of the telecast, following storylines, and working with the Producer to document the sporting event. The Event Director is responsible for overseeing the technical crew for the live event productions, including providing direction, feedback, and development for those personnel.

The hiring range for this remote position is $110,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
