Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to take on a new locum opportunity based in Lancashire, within the Older Adults Memory Service.Location: BurnleyContract Type: Locum ongoing contractWorking Hours: Add if included in job descriptionPay Rate: £26 per hour (assignment rate)Main Duties:

• Support the 0-6 Assessment Process: Assist in the evaluation and assessment of individuals within the 0-6 age group.
• Conduct Memory Assessments: Perform memory assessments using the service-specific tool (ACE III) at a Band 6 nurse level.
• Participate in Clinical Meetings: Attend scheduled outpatient appointments (OPA) and multi-disciplinary team (MDT) discussions.
• Utilise Record Systems: Efficiently use LSCFT record systems to document and manage patient information.
• Travel to Various Locations: Travel across East Lancashire and the BwD area to conduct appointments at multiple locations.

Requirements of the Registered Mental Health Nurse:

• Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
• Proven experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse
• Valid NMC Registration
