£45,000 to £50,000 per annum
J84573An exclusive opportunity has arisen for a Residential Manager to work in a top quality service in the Leeds area. The position has become available with a reputable provider of high quality support and residential care. This is a medium service which has been designed with modern features. The service specialises in alcohol related brain injury. It is situated in a central location in Leeds, close to local transport links and would therefore an easy commute from surrounding areas.As the Residential Manager the following is required:

• Experience at management level in mental health and associated complex behaviours in a residential setting
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and legislations
• Experience liaising with external bodies
• NVQ Level 5 or equivalent
• Marketing the home
• Ensuring that compliance is maintained to a high standard
