• Technical Regional Sales Manager sales position selling a high quality range of metal roofing & guttering systems
• Working on predominantly refurbishment projects within both the industrial and commercial
• Majority of your time will be focused on selling to national & local building surveyors, architects, building owner or FM companies
• The remaining portion of your time will be spend selling directly to / offering technical support to roofing installers and contractors
• Dealing with order values ranging from £5k-£300k+
• Contributing to a team turnover of circa £15m
• Provide in depth technical support and advice on site

The ideal applicant will be an Regional Sales Manager – Metal Roofing with:

• Must have sold metal roofing systems
• Must have experience selling to national & local building surveyors, architects, building owner or FM companies, roofing installers and roofing contractors
• Would consider a technical guru with no field sales
• Must have experience working on refurbishment projects
• Ideally have construction site experience
• Ability to hunt for new projects whilst also building and retaining relationships along the way
• Ability to sell a technical solution rather than on price
