Regional Sales Manager
CB Facilities Management is on the lookout for an expierenced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Cork! Role Overview: As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll oversee operations, manage client relationships, and drive growth in the Cork region. This full-time role requires strong leadership skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to understand and meet client needs. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations in the Cork region. Build and maintain client relationships. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop and implement sales strategies. Lead and support the operations team. Conduct market research and present proposals. Negotiate contracts and agreements. Maintain accurate sales records. Attend industry events and provide regular reports to management. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in facilities management. Strong understanding of facilities management services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of team leadership and meeting performance targets. Self-motivated, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
