Global client account

Career opportunity with exposure to both CBRE and a key multinational client

Hybrid role based on site, in office and remote.

Flexibility to be based in Melbourne, Brisbane, The Gold Coast, Singapore or Hong Kong

Your focus:

  • Act as the in region SME on the client’s Real Estate portfolio.

  • Cultivate strong partnerships with both the client leadership and internal CBRE stakeholders.

  • Conduct portfolio strategy requests.

  • Lead the regional development of short, medium and long term Real Estate strategies.

  • Own business case development, present insights and recommendations to the client.

  • Accountability for financial analyses and subsequent client recommendations.

  • Compile and validate regional portfolio data and business insights.

  • Drive regional activities and implement global initiatives.

  • Take responsibility for lease and portfolio strategy.

Your profile:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and a proven track record in Occupancy Planning, Transaction Management or a related position.

  • Numerate with the ability to understand financial terms and principals and deliver tangiable insights to the client.

  • Team player who enjoys working with others, collaborates, and shares knowledge.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong communication skills with the capacity to negotiate, trouble shoot and influence.
