Overseeing multiple operational areas, you will ensure delivery of exceptional patient care.Key duties:Lead the regional business operation across all aspects of performance, including commercial (P&L accountability), customer, people, and complianceLead, coach, and develop the Area Manager team in the UK South-East region (circa 100 dental practices)Act as a key member of both the Dental Senior Leadership Team and Senior Operations Leadership teamFoster a high-performance culture within the regionDevelop and execute plans that promote an inclusive & engaged workforceCollaborate with leaders to ensure delivery of exceptional customer journeysBuild a learning culture within the region through capability development, continuous learning, and ensuring the business is future-fitKey Skills/Qualifications needed for this role:Exceptional senior operations leader, ideally from health services / dental or pharma retail sectorCommercially astute with experience of managing P&L and driving revenueA brilliant leader, who inspires and energises senior managementExperienced in leading large teams through periods of change and transformationStrategic mindset and ability to make data-driven decisionsExcellent senior stakeholder management skillsetBenefitsOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
