Recruitment Consultant – HGV & Logistics Specialists Location: Bradford, YorkshireSalary: £35k – £60k OTE (£35k base + attractive commission structure)We’re seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving agency specialising in HGV drivers and logistics personnel placements across Yorkshire.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand client base within the transportation and logistics sector
• Source high-quality temporary and permanent candidates for HGV and logistics roles
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Conduct business development activities to drive agency growth
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from initial client contact to candidate placement

Requirements:

• Proven sales and recruitment experience, preferably in logistics or transportation
• Strong networking and communication skills
• Resilient and target-driven personality
• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic IT skills and proficiency with recruitment software

What We Offer:

• Competitive basic salary up to £35k
• On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £60k – £70k
