If you have a background in temporary recruitment , we want to hear from you, even if healthcare recruitment isn’t in your experience.What’s Required:

• A proven track record in temporary recruitment and branch management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and grow a team of 2 Recruitment Consultants .
• Strategic thinking and business acumen to identify opportunities for growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of recruitment services.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed branch targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Drive business development efforts to grow the client base and secure new contracts.
• Mentor and support your team, providing training and development to help them achieve their full potential.
• Monitor and manage branch performance, ensuring profitability and compliance with company standards.
