Job description

Main PurposeTo provide a first-class reception service to all guests, while maintaining the overall appearance of the Front of House.Main Duties

  • Maintain the overall appearance of the Front of House ensuring a clean and professional workspace
  • Answer main office phone line and directing calls as required in a prompt and professional manner
  • PAC access control – Ensuring all new staff are issued with staff access passes Issue security passes to employees, following the correct registration and security procedures
  • Recording and handing out day passes to visitors – ensure guests are signed in and hosts have been notified
  • Change temperature across the office as and when required via BMS – landlords system –
  • Audit Un-accompanied guest passes twice a week
  • Arrange milk deliveries on a weekly basis
  • Order and replenish stationery in the post room
  • Receipt and distribution of incoming mail
  • Acting as overall administrator for Condeco room booking system
  • Order stationery and sundries including business cards, headed paper, printer paper and toner
  • Action POs when required
  • Maintain incident log and Wellness room keys
  • Book couriers for Group employees when necessary
  • Oversee housekeeper to assist with delivery of items and organisation within office rooms

Special Working Conditions

  • Required to be present in office 5 days a week (25 hours per week)

Company Responsibilities

  • To comply with all Be Safe policies and support new initiatives
  • Replenish all first aid boxes
  • Advise safety information to external visitors and FirstGroup employees that are not based at The Point
  • Give new employees tour of 8th floor
