The Project Management Administrator will support business operations of the project management business. Working closely with Project Managers and support the Senior Director in implementing and coordinating activities and programs aligned with the successful implementation of the project management business plan.

Here’s a snapshot of your day:

  • Provides superior customer service to the client teams to ensure a fantastic experience within the office

  • Conduct a variety of front of house activities such as greeting visitors in a warm, welcoming manners, visitor registration, accepting incoming calls & directing calls and other service-based tasks as assigned

  • Performs general clerical duties including restocking of consumables (stationeries, printers etc), distributing packages & mail as required and tracking system to record courier, freight and mail activities

  • Monitoring/ordering of office supplies and other common use items

  • Maintain the workplace area to ensure it’s well kept, adheres to high level of safety standard

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in a Reception/Front Office role in a corporate office environment

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Proactive, enthusiastic and ability to multi-task

  • A self-starter and willing to go extra miles

  • Basic skill in Microsoft Office packages – Word, Excel, Outlook
