Airline Flight Academy, flight training partner for several airline clients including Ryanair and Lauda Europe are currently seeking a Receptionist with 1+ years’ experience (desired) to come onboard.This role will be based at their training centre in Woodford Business Park in Santry.This position will offer candidates the opportunity to progress their career in a dynamic and challenging environment. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for the management of our ‘Front of House’ operations and admin function. The role is on a rotational shift basis (4 On /4 Off) As per the training centers requirements.Duties:

  • Act as first point of contact for all visitors to the centre. Ensuring that all guests are greeted and directed to appropriate person or location.
  • Coordination of meetings and bookings to ensure that customers have the appropriate facilitates and equipment.
  • Provide basic and accurate information to customers in person and via phone/ email regarding the Sim Centre, bookings and facilities
  • Regular monitoring of facilities and office equipment to ensure they are maintained to a high standard.
  • Coordinate incoming mail, courier mail, deliveries and co-mail;
  • Management of all Front Desk duties and associated admin tasks.
  • Auditing of office supplied and order stock as required.
  • Provide support to Customer Service and respond to customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Other ad hoc duties as requested.

Requirements

  • 1+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience of working in a position where a high level of customer service is required.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • solid written and verbal communication skills
  • A good eye for detail and a desire to take responsibility, through to resolution, for issues and concerns generated by our customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
