Provide technical guidance as an experienced process integrator, ensuring excellence in key projects.
Assign team members to tasks based on project complexity and individual competencies.
Oversee team activities, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency.
Implement and manage HR processes, translating corporate goals into individual performance targets while coaching team members to success.
Support the professional growth of your team, aligning skill development with project needs to ensure continuity.
Foster a collaborative team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and open communication.
Work closely with project/program managers and unit process team leaders, ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
Communicate status updates, challenges, and key insights to stakeholders, internal customers, and leadership.
Requirements:
Master’s degree (PhD preferred) in Applied or Material Science, Engineering, or a related field, with relevant industrial experience in process integration.
Proven experience in people management, with a strong ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team.
Ability to set clear goals, maintain structured work planning, and drive team performance.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate efforts across large teams.
Strong organizational skills, adaptability to shifting priorities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
