Role Overview:
- The selected candidate will play a crucial role in developing software for next-generation medical diagnostic analysers.
- This position is ideal for a professional with a deep passion for technology, boasting a solid track record in software development, system integration, and delivering projects within set timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and mentoring a team, promoting a collaborative work environment
- Overseeing the software development lifecycle, ensuring the creation of reliable, efficient software
- Utilizing expertise in C#, .NET, and related technologies to meet complex project requirements
- Innovating user interfaces, real-time processing solutions, and effective database management to enhance product functionality and user experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline (e.g., Electronics, Software, Electrical, Mechatronics)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a high-performance software development team
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, with experience in concurrent and asynchronous programming
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including Agile and SCRUM methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to translate complex requirements into effective software solutions
