Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring these projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.Currently active projects in Dublin include:

• €111m Residential Development (Houses) with completion in 2029
• €154m Residential Development (Apartments) with completion in 2028
• €123m Office Development with completion in 2027
• €33m Data Centre Development with completion in 2026

Role requirements:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• 2+ years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably on large-scale construction projects
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
