We are presently recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for our clients, a Consultant to the Water Sector in County Kerry. Working on a diverse range of projects both in the public and private sector. You will have relevant sector and industry experience and will be able to lead and manage a team, work closely with senior members of staff and key stakeholders throughout the company as well as develop and build new client relationships.Responsibilities:

• Pre-contract cost control and advise to Clients and Design Teams.
• Preparing Budget Estimate and Bills of Quantities
• Compiling Contract Documentation
• Measurement and agreement of variations
• Cost reporting
• preparation of interim payment recommendations
• Final account preparation and reconciliations on a diverse range of projects both in the public and private sector.

Education and Experience:

• Hold a professional qualification in Quantity Surveying
• 5+ years relevant experience
• Chartership preferable but not mandatory

This is a full time position based in Tralee with requirement to travel to sites as required. Salary is open to negotiation and based on experience.
