We are looking for a talented Quality Inspector to join our team to support our Scoresby, VIC branch.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Ensure products received or produced meet technical specifications, trains others and assists in process development.

• Conducts root cause analysis on non-conforming products and implements corrective actions.

• Verifies the final quality of products on the production line.

• Develops and maintains quality control plans and inspection procedures.

• Coordinates with suppliers to resolve quality issues and ensures that incoming materials meet specifications.

• Leads quality improvement projects and cross-functional teams to enhance product quality Documents products that do not meet technical specifications using specified systems.

• Provides regular training sessions on quality standards and continuous improvement techniques to the production team.

• Monitors and analyses quality trends, preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to senior management.

• Assists in the development of new methods and procedures.

• Acts as a liaison between the production floor and management to address and resolve quality-related concerns promptly.

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
