• Carry out root cause analysis and organise corrective actions
• Managing and investigating non-conformities
• KPI, Delivery Schedule Adherence and On Time Delivery data management
• Liaising with various departments and external individuals regarding technical queries
• Conducting audits internally within the group

The Person:

• Good knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9001
• Q-Pulse knowledge advantageous but not necessary
