- Carry out root cause analysis and organise corrective actions
- Managing and investigating non-conformities
- KPI, Delivery Schedule Adherence and On Time Delivery data management
- Liaising with various departments and external individuals regarding technical queries
- Conducting audits internally within the group
The Person:
- Good knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9001
- Q-Pulse knowledge advantageous but not necessary
