Great permanent position for a qualified Revit Aviation Architect with experience on airports, shell and core. Award winning aviation projectsQualified Revit Aviation ArchitectAviation / Airport, Shell and Core ProjectsAward winning team based in Central LondonSalary Guide: £36,000 – £45,000SummaryA great permanent position has come up for a Qualified Revit Aviation Architect. Join an award winning team to work on aviation projects. Experience on airports and shell and core is a must!The right person must have:Firstly, an ARB/RIBA qualification or overseas equivalent registration.Secondly, experience though all RIBA stages. Specifically, from concept and scheme design to on site construction completion and post completion stages.Furthermore, the initial project and focus for this permanent position is for shell and core.Lastly, you will coordinate and deliver General Arrangement drawings and have experience progressing reports.Skills and characteristics required:Firstly, you must have proven technical experience. This includes aviation related projects and experience working in a team in similar projects. Secondly, the ideal candidate should have good design sensitivity. This is to understand structural and technical details.Furthermore, you should have experience coordinating multi disciplinary teams. Additionally, the integration of architectural and structural works. Including, electrical, mechanical and signalling system for Rail architectural projects (linked to airports).Lastly, this role requires someone able to communicate excellently. This is because you will be liaising with clients, consultants and contractors in order to further develop suitable design solutions.Advanced Software skills required:Revit proficiency is a must. However, Rhinoceros and Grasshopper would be bonus. If you can also use MicroStation and AECOsim Building designer it would be an advantage.
