Be a part of a rapid growing company as a QA Lead Engineer, you will be an essential key player ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and security of vital systems while guiding QA efforts across the full development lifecycle.As a QA Lead Engineer, you’ll oversee end-to-end QA processes, from requirement analysis and test planning to execution and detailed reporting. Partnering with developers, product owners, business stakeholders, and the engineering team, you’ll design and implement top-tier testing strategies for innovative features and releases.If you’re passionate about delivering excellence and excited by the challenge of a fast-paced, high-impact role, this is the opportunity for you!You will:
- Master and enhance test automation frameworks.
- Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
- Perform advanced performance and security testing.
- Sharpen and grow your leadership skills.
Skills/Experience:
- 8+ years of QA or Testing experience
- Demonstrated success in QA leadership roles.
- Solid experience in financial services or related industries.
