This is a permanent position, based at our Norwich city centre offices.As a QA Engineer at Artlist, you’ll further harness your knowledge of software testing to help build next generation web applications and take our products to the next level. You’ll be part of a talented team based here in Norwich that is part of a wider team globally.Wake up for this
- Perform the tests and ensure the quality of our product.
- Manage, define and ensure effective planning, writing and execution of test plans.
- Responsibility for Cross-platform/browsers testing: Android, iOS, Web product’s quality – including Acceptance, Regression and Load testing.
- Establish and own an effective QA process that best fits the product’s needs.
- Keep engagement up with a high-speed development process and ongoing deliveries – executing and adjusting your test cases accordingly.
- Ownership of test infrastructure.
- Work with other development teams on all aspects of the process including design, implementation, testing and documentation.
Required skills
- Excellent team skills with the ability to explain the QA process to newcomers
- A “can do” attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passionate about QA and development processes
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to react quickly to changing requirements due to product limitations or enterprise needs
- Proven experience testing web applications
- Fast learner with an ability to pick up new ideas and approaches quickly
- Knowledge of web application testing tools
- Proven experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies and tools (JIRA is preferred)
Desirable skills
- Experience with CI/CD processes
- Experience of working with APIs and using tools such as Postman
- Experience in writing testing documents (STP, STD, STR)
- Experience with bug management tools
- Familiarity with testing libraries just as Jest/Playwright
