Job Description:About Us:TSG UK (part of TSG Group) provides a comprehensive range of solutions to our customers in the energy retail, commercial fleet and transport industries across the UK.Our customers benefit from full turnkey solutions, encompassing design, construction, product supply, installation, project management, service and maintenance.Through our seven key business lines in TSG Retail, TSG Fleet, TSG Gas, TSG Wash, TSG Systems, TSG Technics and TSG Charge, we are firmly established as one of the largest suppliers of forecourt equipment and custom signage, electrical installations and new energy solutions.Our UK business continues to grow and evolve and as a result of internal promotions we are looking to recruit a suitably experienced supervisor to work and lead our Logistics Administrative Team.We provide all employees with an introductory induction as well as role specific training. and there are always opportunities within the company to progress for those with the aptitude and enthusiasm to further their careers.THE ROLE:Principal objectives: To ensure the replenishment of all stock requirements in a cost effective and timely manner. Ensure that adequate stock levels are maintained to allow for successful delivery of internal and external customer SLA’s.Key Responsibilities:· Placing orders with suppliers and confirming delivery dates· Chasing overdue orders· Maintaining accurate internal databases with prices and correct supplier details· Liaising with couriers· Dealing with van stock enquiries from field staff/ engineers· Ensuring adequate stock levels across all stores· Working closing with the warehouse and engineers to ensure correct delivery of parts· Other duties as required to support the Purchasing and Logistics teamSkills and Experience required(essential):· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal· Computer literate, word, excel and any database experience· Customer service experience· Negotiation skills· Works well under pressureSkills and Experience required(desirable):· Experience of working in a purchasing roleAs per Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, Employee’s must also

  • Co-operate with their employers
  • Not interfere with anything provided in the interest of health and safety

37.5hr working week, Mon-Fri.Postholder would be based in the Longforan office.We do offer the opportunity for hybrid working subject to proving capability during a probationary period and having appropriate home circumstances to support a commensurate home working environment. Can be discussed at interview.
