Property and Leasing Officer in Alice Springs, Australia

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Property and Leasing Officer to join our team in Alice Springs. Reporting directly to the Property Portfolio Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing property inspections, coordinating move-ins, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and oversee property inspections

• Assist with maintenance coordination and follow-up with contractors.

• Facilitate move-in processes and manage communication with new arrivals and existing employees.

• Support marketing and communication strategies to attract potential tenants.

• Attend open inspections and maintain accurate data in contact management systems.

• Assist with administrative tasks and ensure safety principles are integrated into daily activities.

• Collaborate effectively with team members and adapt to changing priorities.

Essential Qualifications:

• Property Management Registration or Real Estate License (current and valid in NT).

• 2-3 years of experience in property administration with strong communication and detail orientation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher).

• High level of client service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

• Valid Driver’s License and Police Clearance.

• Ability to undertake a Work Health Assessment.

Desirable:

• Experience with SAP or the ability to gain access.

• Additional qualifications or certifications in property management.
