We are seeking an experienced professional Property Administrator to join our ISPT retail property team in what is a busy, diverse, and challenging environment.

This exciting role will see no two days the same with a blend of finance, administration, customer service, tenant/contractor liaison with marketing and operational support. You will be supporting 11 retail centres across the Brisbane Metro region.

Here’s a snapshot of your day;

  • Reporting to the Precinct Retail Manager, your exemplary administrative and financial aptitude will see you covering a broad range of tasks.

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of all aspects of the property including finance, tenant liaison, lease administration, as well as general office administration duties.

  • Establish positive relationships and provide prompt responses to tenants requests

  • Maintain the lease management and tenancy schedule and assist the Precinct Retail Manager with general administration of all leases to ensure compliance by the owners and the tenants;

  • Monitor financial transactions relative to lease and contractual obligations

  • Prepare cash flow budgets, including analysis and forecasting of retail performance.

  • General Property, Office and Administrative duties including reception duties, processing invoices, along with ad-hoc duties as required

Skills you’ll need to be successful;

  • Previous administration experience is essential, within a retail environment would be advantageous though not essential.

  • Strong financial, budgeting and accounting skills

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues;

  • Ability to assume autonomy for tasks and project. Proactivity and thinking on your feet is a must complimented by a flexible approach to day to day issues that may arise.

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills and the capability to multitask and meet deadlines.

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with the ability to pick up systems quickly
