This is a permanent full-time role based in SYDNEY (5 days in office – flexible)

This is an entry level role that sits within our Promotions and Creative Services team in Sydney.

The Promotions Assistant role is responsible for supporting all administration duties such as approving all on-air promotions, department invoicing and be the teams key contact for assistance. You will get the opportunity to oversee all on air promotions on Network 10s top rating shows like Survivor, MasterChef, Im A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here and many more!

Functions will include:

  • Enter promotions into our programming software to ensure it is scheduled correctly and communicate on time with our on-air scheduling team for any changes.

  • Processing invoicing, purchase orders and onboarding casual workers including production crew and freelancers

  • Ensuring correct formatting and minimizing any errors on promotions materials

  • Co-ordinate all off-air deliveries of materials with other departments

  • Other administrative duties as required

What are we looking for in a Promotions Assistant? Whats important?

  • At least 1-2 years experience in an office/admin or support role

  • Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications

  • Experience in a busy office/corporate environment would be an advantage

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships across teams

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
