About the role

As we enter a period of significant growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Support Officer to provide secretarial, administrative and general support to the L3Harris PMO function.

Reporting to the Programs Director, your remit will encompass a range of support activities critical to the success of in-flight and developing projects. Your routine activities may include but not be limited to; customer invoicing, project reporting, document release support and the general enhancement of PMO services in accordance with internal quality systems.

About you

To be considered for this role, you will be experienced in delivering project support services in highly regulated environments. Proficiency with the MS suite will be critical. You will be service orientated, an excellent communicator and well-practiced in time management and task prioritization.

Detail-oriented, resilient and self-starting individuals are best suited to the performance profile of this team.
