Project Support Agent
Siemens Smart Infrastructure division is recruiting for Project Support Agent to join our Project (Solutions) team based in Dublin. We offer hybrid working, with 2-3 days per week in the office.
You will be responsible for a range of activities within the Project team of the business as outlined below.
As part of a small team, you will provide a professional, pro-active and responsive service to both internal customers (Project Controlling Team, Engineering Team, Customer Support Team, etc.) and external customers.
Role requires and energetic individual with a positive “can do” attitude and ability to work accurately and efficiently while adhering to tight deadlines and great attention to detail.
You will make an impact by:
· Call handling (customers, engineers or internal stakeholders).
· Responding to requests and dealing with complex issues.
· Handling e-mail requests and queries from customers, engineers, or internal stakeholders
· Planning, scheduling commissioning work with engineers and customers
· Schedule updating
· Issuing of certification & handover packs
· Issuing of RAMS to customers.
· Record retrieval, filing, scanning
· Updating databases with customer contact details and supplying customers with documentation
· Liaising with sales team, credit management and logistics team
· Coordination and validation of digital handover documentation in line with company requirements
· Driving continues improvement within area of responsibility and beyond

Previous experience using a stock control system such as SAP, Salesforce or a similar system would be desirable.
