Project Quantity Surveyor Would you like to work for one of the most revered Main Contractors in Ireland? Maybe the projects you are on aren’t exciting you or you cant see yourself progressing in your current company. You could be working for a highly successful, award winning Irish Main Contractor on some of the most prestigious projects in Ireland, who have a huge pipeline of work in the Dublin area.This Irish Main Contractor have 2 €multi-million construction projects beginning in the Dublin area with high profile clients and have a need for 2 Project Quantity Surveyors. They are constantly voted as one of the best Contractors to work for in Ireland and have will have a clear career path laid out for you.As Project Quantity Surveyor:
- You have 3+ years post-graduate experience with a developer or Main Contractor.
- You will be working with the Senior QS to manage subcontract packages and overseeing payments, along with normal QS duties
- You will be working closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on time & to budget.
- You will be reporting on budgets and variations, Take offs, BoQ’s
- You will be taking contracts from subcontract procurement through to final accounts
- You will be attending site progress and cost meetings and liaising with client / design team & subcontractors
