• 5+ yrs Post-Graduate experience with a Main Contractor / PQS
• Qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar area.
• Experience on Residential projects with a Main Contractor.
• An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
• To have strong analytical skills and ability to present findings.

As Project Quantity Surveyor

• Reporting to the Commercial Manager
• Advise on contractual matters – general and project level
• Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
• Look for opportunities to maximise revenue and reduce cost
• Undertaking monthly internal valuations and production of monthly cost reports
• Reporting on budgets and variations
• Negotiate and agree subcontractors

What you’ll get in return The base salary for the position is expected to be approx. €65,000 (negotiable) depending on experience.
