Project Manager (Steel Frame Buildings)Newport HQ – South UK Patch£40,000 – £45,000 + OTE £65,00 – £70,000 + Training + Progression + Company BenefitsAre you Project Manager from a construction background that wants to work for a rapidly expanding business that has a fantastic industry reputation and bonus structure?Do you want to have full autonomy over your work life, working primarily on brand new greenfield projects where you see full deliver end to end?On offer is the chance to join a leading name in the storage space with a several year pipeline of new, exciting and complex projects.This business has seen massive success in recent years and are now taking on the big names in the storage industry and are quickly becoming the go to company in this industry.The ideal candidate will have Project Management experience and familiarity with commercial construction projects and be based in the South Wales to Midlands patch.THE ROLE:
- Visit prospect and newly acquired sites to plan the new storage facility builds
- Plan the project delivery road map with time frames and budget and manpower needed to deliver
- Communicate with the MD and senior leaders to give regular updates
- Visit previous builds to plan large refurbishments or extension builds
THE PERSON:
- Project Management experience
- Commercial Construction experience
- Based in the patch of South Wales – Midlands
